MANY ON SOCIAL MEDIA ARE UPSET WITH HOW CHILDREN ARE BEING RAISED THESE DAYS, EVENTUALLY LEADING TO POLICE ENCOUNTERS.

I AGREE THAT IS A PROBLEM. I COMPLETELY AGREE. WHAT I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IS HOW MOLE HILLS ARE ESCALATED INTO MOUNTAINS BY SO-CALLED ‘TRAINED’ AND ‘PROFESSIONAL’ POLICE WHO SHOULD BE MORE INTELLIGENT AT THEIR JOBS. THAT’S WHAT I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH.

FBI AGENTS MUST HAVE A COLLEGE DEGREE; POLICE, ONLY A  HIGH SCHOOL DEGREE. THAT’S A PROBLEM FOR ME WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE GIVEN THAT MUCH AUTHORITY AND POWER OVER VIRTUALLY EVERYTHING.

I WONDER HOW THAT WORKS THAT THEIR PROPERTIES ARE INCLUSIVE OF THIS PRIVACY WHILE YOURS AND MINE ARE NOT.

Trump is not a conservative. He sees a problem and understands it must be fixed. He doesn’t see the problem as liberal or conservative. He sees it only as a problem. That is a quality that should be admired, applauded and not condemned.

Viewing problems from a Liberal perspective has resulted in the creation of more problems, more entitlement programs, more victims, more government, more political correctness, and more attacks on the working class in all economic strata.

Viewing things according to the so-called Republican conservative perspective has brought continued spending and globalism to the detriment of American interests and well being, denial of what the real problems are with weak, ineffective and milquetoast actions. Leadership that amounts to Barney Fife Deputy Sheriff, appeasement oriented, afraid of its own shadow type of governing. In brief, it has brought liberal ideology with a pachyderm as a mascot juxtaposed to the ass of the Democrat Party.

Immigration isn’t a Republican problem. It isn’t a Liberal problem. It is a problem that threatens the very fabric and infrastructure of America. It demands a pragmatic approach. Not an approach that is intended to appease one group or another.

The impending collapse of the economy wasn’t a Liberal or Conservative problem. iI is an American problem. That said, until it is viewed as a problem that demands a common sense approach to resolution, it will never be fixed because the Democrats and Republicans know only one way to fix things and the longevity of their impracticality has proven to have no lasting effect. Successful businessmen like Donald Trump find ways to make things work. They do not promise to accommodate.

Trump uniquely understands that China’s manipulation of currency is not a Republican problem or a Democrat problem. It is a problem that threatens our financial stability and he understands the proper balance needed to fix it. Here again, successful businessmen, like Trump, who have weathered the changing tides of economic reality understand what is necessary to make business work, and they, unlike both sides of the political aisle, know that if something doesn’t work, you don’t continue trying to make it work hoping that at some point it will.

As a pragmatist, Donald Trump hasn’t made wild pie-in-the-sky promises of a cell phone in every pocket, free college tuition, and a $15 hour minimum wage for working the drive-through at Carl’s Hamburgers.

I would argue that America needs pragmatists because pragmatists see a problem and find ways to fix them. They do not see a problem and compound it by creating more problems.

You may not like Donald Trump, but I suspect that the reason some people do not like him is because:

(1) he is antithetical to the “good old boy” method of brokering backroom deals that fatten the coffers of politicians;

(2) they are unaccustomed to hearing a president speak who is unencumbered by the financial shackles of those who he owes vis-a-vis donations;

(3) he is someone who is free of idiomatic political ideology;

(4) he says what he is thinking, is unapologetic for his outspoken thoughts, speaks very straightforward using everyday language that can be understood by all (and is offensive to some who dislike him anyway) making him a great communicator, for the most part, does what he says he will do and;

(5) he is someone who understands that it takes more than hollow promises and political correctness to make America great again.

Listening to Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders talk about fixing America is like listening to two lunatics trying to “out crazy” one another. Jeb Bush, John Kasich and Marco Rubio are owned lock, stock, and barrel by the bankers, corporations, and big dollar donors funding their campaigns. Bush can deny it, but common sense tells anyone willing to face facts is that people don’t give tens of millions without expecting something in return.

We have had Democrats and Republican ideologues and what has it brought us? Are we better off today or worse off? Has it happened overnight or has it been a steady decline brought on by both parties?

I submit that a pragmatist is just what America needs right now. People are quick to confuse and despise confidence as arrogance, but that is common among those who have never accomplished anything in their lives (or politicians who never really solved a problem, because it’s better to still have ‘issues to be solved,’ so re-elect me to solve it, (which never
happens) and those who have always played it safe (again, all politicians) not willing to risk failure, rather than trying to achieve successes.

Donald Trump put his total financial empire at risk in running for president and certainly did not need or possibly even want the job; that says it all. He wants success for the U.S. and her citizens because he loves this country.

Something else you may not know. Obama was mentored when in Chicago by former Priest Gregory Galluzzo. Gregory Galluzzo graduated from the Spring Hill College in 1960. James Strzok graduated from there in 1964. Peter Strzok’s uncle is James Strzok. James Strzok was stationed in Kenya, where Obama once lived.

MAYBE PLANTS ARE ACTUALLY FARMING US, GIVING US OXYGEN UNTIL WE DIE AND DECOMPOSE AND THEN THEY CONSUME US!

It’s old that liberals seem to think they can force others to embrace diversity, inclusiveness, open borders, white, color or other privileges and reparations by going around telling people who think differently that the only opinion mattering is that of the liberal elite. I know conservatives are good people and still hold conservative values. The free market has helped more people than socialism ever will or could.

I’ve had it up to here with abusive rap lyrics and I’ve had it with jackass celebrities, politicians and corporate leaders that harass others. I despise the endless spewing of hate and gnashing of teeth about the Constitution, Amendments and the president. For those of you who would parade around wearing the flag of a foreign country draped around your shoulders, then go live there and be happy.

Finally, I’m sick and tired of lawn signs and bumper stickers promoting disunity, immorality and illegality under the guise of togetherness and hand-holding. To me, these signs are simply a means for the person who posted them to say, “I’m a superior human being, an enlightened progressive who looks forward in the 21st century. If you don’t agree with me, you are a stick-in-the-mud, regressive, blue-collar conservative stuck in the Middle Ages.”

I tire of seeing these signs. Doesn’t anyone in the conservative, constitutional community want to go full-on entrepreneur and develop a sign of our own? Isn’t there someone with connections or a wee bit of cash willing to fight back? I believe many would be happy to pay for such a sign plus the shipping and handling fee.

I am none of those things. I am an educated man who holds conservative values, and I see through their double-speak as an attempt to further divide this nation. Here is what I think about when I read a liberal lawn sign.

Science Is Real

Well, it is and it isn’t. Every scientist understands that his or her field is evolving; what is true now will be thought of as dull or elementary by the 22nd. century. The truth is that science is a slow process of understanding. Put simply, “Science Evolves.”

No Human Is Illegal

Baloney. Liberals who post this sign really mean to say, “Illegal Immigrants Welcome.” Legal Immigrants are welcome in this country. We are a nation of laws, and we have a method to change the laws that we do not like. That leads us to the next sign.

Women’s Rights Are Human Rights

I have no problem with this except its redundancy. Women are human and therefore should not be placed in a second group when we discuss human rights. Where I have trouble is when people use this divisive statement instead of working to change laws that negatively affect women. Let’s be clear. Define what it is you want to change so that we can have a meaningful discussion on the topic.

Kindness Is Everything

Is it? I agree that kindness is important, but is it everything? Also, there have been many times when I have seen this slogan supported by the most provocative and intolerant people in the neighborhood. How about living your beliefs?

Water Is Life

Give a big “duh” to this one. I guess water is life, but if kindness is everything, does that mean kindness is water? Or is kindness life? Or both? You see, water is only one of the four classic elements: earth, air, fire and water. Perhaps a better sign would be, “The Environment is Precious.”

Isn’t someone ready to produce a lawn sign that those of us in the constitutional conservative community would be delighted to plant outside among the flowers or print on a sticker for the back of our pickup?

If we followed through and made such a sign for national distribution, it would include any or all of the following slogans:

My Guns Ensure My Safety

Perhaps it is time to fight back in a calm and orderly manner with our own signs. But it often seems that those who most loudly profess love and enlightenment will sneak into our yards at night and rip them up our or spray paint swastikas over them. It’s just too bad that it is so with this world in which we live.

I don’t believe it had any real effect on the outcome, however. It’s hard to win an election when you run the most detestable candidate in your arsenal. The important question here is, was there any collusion between the Russians and Trump?

Summer Break Doesn’t Mean School Safety Is On Recess

NOW IS THE TIME TO BEGIN THINKING SCHOOL YEAR SAFETY BECAUSE THE SCHOOLS AND GOVERNMENTS CERTAINLY AREN’T!

BUT THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE PROVIDING HELP AND ANSWERS WHEN YOUR POLITICIANS PROVIDE NOTHING BUT EMPTY SAMO, SAMO RHETORIC.

YOU READ THIS AND THEN TELL ME EITHER IT’S AN INSANE IDEA AND THAT YOU WOULD RATHER CONTINUE THE SAME PATH AS SCHOOL YEARS PAST OR, CONSIDER THAT THIS IS ACTUALLY A PLAN THAT HAS MERIT. YOU DECIDE!

WITH SUMMER NOW in full swing, the last thing kids are thinking about is going back to school. But it ought to be the first thing parents are thinking about, especially when it comes to school security.

Honestly, it is a bizarre fact that, in this country, our jewelry stores and airports and banks are more protected and, apparently, more important than our children.

Think about it. Our NFL games, our NBA games, our office buildings, our politicians and our movie stars are all protected better than our children at school.

There are 132,800 public and private kindergartens through high schools in the United States. According to survey information, 65 percent of those schools have recorded one or more incidents of violent crime.

Yes, it’s summer. But every parent, teacher, administrator, law enforcement officer, local politician and community leader needs to think—right now—about protecting our children when they return to the classroom.

Nothing can be more important than protecting our innocent children while they are at school.

That is why the NRA launched its National School Shield program in 2012. Its singular mission is to protect our children in their learning environment.

Any American school that needs immediate professional consultation and help with organizing and defining their own security solutions should call the NRA National School Shield program—they will provide immediate assistance absolutely free of charge. In every community—right now, in the heart of summer vacation—school districts, PTA’s, teachers, unions, local law enforcement and parents must come together to discuss and implement the very best strategy to harden their schools. There is no one-size-fits-all strategy, and the NRA’s National School Shield is here to help every individual district design their own safety strategy.

And, if appropriate, that should include effective, trained, armed security to meet head on the evil our children could one day face.

To anyone who says armed security can never be part of the solution, let’s take armed security from the White House, from Congress, from our banks, office buildings and sports stadiums. If those institutions deserve our best protections, our own children certainly deserve at least that much and more safety.

That is why NRA members support the Second Amendment, our greatest freedom that not only preserves our individual rights but also extends to freedom of our children to be able go to school, learn and grow in a safe environment.

When we stand and fight for our freedoms, we stand and fight for all Americans, whether they agree with us or not, because our fight is for American freedom for all. That absolutely includes the freedom and safety of our school children.

That is why, in the hearts of every one of the 6 million + members of the National Rifle Association, there truly stands America’s Safest Place.

Just so everyone is clear. The Russians had nothing to do with voting for President Trump.

The US has interfered in other countries elections and if it’s true… I wouldn’t be surprised if the Russians did ours. I know it did not affect my vote.

Regardless, I do not believe yesterday’s press conference was the place to attack Putin. We need to get along and work with Russia. Putin did say he would be happy to put our prosecuting teams in the same room with those charged on Friday.
